Can we change the PP spunbond nonwoven machine to PET nonwoven machine in india?

No,we can’t.Our Chinese and some Indian customers have tried to turn PP spunbond nonwoven machine into PET nonwoven machine, but both have failed.
Because PP spunbond nonwoven machine and PET spunbond nonwoven machine are very different in structure and process.
1.Main parts
The difference in structure is mainly in the extruder ,spinning box, number of holes in spinneret, winder and slittingng machine.

2.drying tower
PP spunbond nonwoven machine does not have a drying tower, PET nonwoven machine has a drying tower in order to clean and dry the raw materials so that meet the requirements of the raw materials.

3.Recycling system
PP spunbond nonwoven machine has a recycling system,but PET nonwoven machine does not have a recycling system, and the non-woven fabric edges needs to be sent to a professional manufacturer for recycling.

4.Process technology
The differences in process technology are mainly in the temperature and speed, such as the temperature of the spinneret, the temperature of the aluminum bellows, and the stretching speed is all different.

Therefore, the PP spunbond nonwoven machine can’t be changed to a PET nonwoven machine.
