The Southeast Asia Nonwovens and Disposable Sanitary Products Exhibition was held in Bangkok, Thailand from May 15 to 17, 2019, which enabled the global manufacturers, material suppliers, researchers, users, importers and exporters of nonwovens and disposable sanitary products to focus on Thailand and Southeast Asia markets.
Southeast Asia includes eleven (11) countries including Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. In 2015, the region had a population of 640 million, including 10 million newborns, 300 million women and 40 million elderly people every year. As for baby diapers, Thailand has a high market penetration rate, and its product category is characterized by the most popular pull-up pants, which has occupied more than 75% of the market.
