What Are the Applications of Nonwoven Fabric in Agriculture?

2.Non-woven insulation material advantage
(1) Heat preservation: non-woven fabric for long wave light transmittance is lower than plastic film. Because the heat dissipation of the radiation area at night mainly depends on long-wave radiation, the effect of covering heat preservation is outstanding.
(2) Air permeability and humidity control: non-woven fabric is made of filament stacked into a network, with high voidage, air permeability, water permeability, automatic humidity regulation.
(3) Shading and cooling: covered by colored non-woven fabric, with shading and cooling effect. Different colors of non-woven cloth shading, cooling effect is different. Shading effect black is better than yellow, yellow is better than blue.
(4)Anti-aging: agricultural non-woven fabric after anti-aging treatment, the thicker the cloth strength loss rate is lower. Through vegetable farmer application practice.
3.Non-woven fabric is mainly used in the following aspects in vegetable production in the shed:
(1) In the bottom of the grass thatch as “two” insulation material many shed shed surface, not only covered with grass thatch, but also at the bottom of the grass thatch added a layer of non-woven fabric. According to vegetable farmers, by adding “two” insulation materials (non-woven), can significantly improve the insulation performance of the shed, 2℃-3℃ higher than the simple cover of grass thatching, so as to facilitate the growth of vegetables. (2) Used in the solar greenhouse back wall as “slope protection” rainproof material with a plurality of non-woven fabric stitched together to wrap the whole back wall, and fixed with steel wire, can reduce the heat loss of the back wall; Can prevent rain and snow, protect the wall; Can cover weeding, reduce pests and diseases into the shed for harm.
