What are the forms of non-woven equipment?

Basic introduction

Non – woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, which is composed of directional or random fibers and has the appearance and some properties of cloth. Although it is a cloth, it is called non-woven fabric because it is not woven. Non – woven fabric is a new generation of environmental protection materials, which has the advantages of good strength, air permeability, water resistance, environmental protection, flexibility, innocuity and tastelessness, and low price. The non-woven fabric is light in quality, environmentally friendly and recyclable, and is internationally recognized as an environmentally friendly product for the protection of the earth’s ecology.

The non-woven equipment has different forms according to the different categories of its products, such as polypropylene ( PP ) pellets, which are produced by a continuous one-step process of high temperature melting, spinning, laying, hot pressing and coiling.

Equipment introduction

The equipment in this scheme is the post-process equipment in the production of non-woven fabrics, mainly completing the pressing, dipping, drying and forming processes and producing finished products.

The equipment has higher requirements for speed synchronization control, and requires the control system to provide accurate and smooth linear velocity control. The system we have made is the final finished process of non-woven fabric production, so the requirements of all aspects of the system are higher. The control system of the whole production line is complex and has many control equipments. The system is controlled by 13 sets of frequency converters, with data exchange between each set of frequency converters and the PLC host, and the data communication requires strong real-time performance, i.e. the system is required to have bus communication capability.
