Analysis of three different production lines of non-woven equipment is as follows:
1. Needle – punching production line, including fiber pretreatment of opening and cleaning mixing equipment, high-performance carding machine, cross – play machine, web drafting machine, needle punching machine, winder and the last scanning unit of the production line, can be used for all industrial non-woven applications.
2. The second non-woven equipment production line is an air laying production line for materials after needling or hot melting. It can be fed with the same pretreatment line, has high-performance air carding equipment, and can be connected to a needling machine or hot-melt equipment.
3. The third non-woven equipment production line is mainly composed of high-speed carding mechanism, which can realize higher production speed of spunlaced products.
