Under the condition of high speed operation, the needle cloth anti-rolling safety, cotton suction and dust removal devices still need to be further improved. Measures such as additional carding units, duplex units, carding, combing and connecting have also been gradually adopted. In some countries, widening the width of the machine, enhancing the carding ability of the main carding part, improving the carding machine parts, and improving the ability to remove weeds are among the topics under exploration.
